Heartland Center hosts numerous camps for special populations throughout the year.
One of our longest running camps is Friendship Camp, also known as Service Partnership. This is a four day camp for high functioning adults with developmental disabilities.
- Grand Camp is an annual overnight event for grandparents and grandchildren.
- Family Camp is a weekend camp for families of all ages.
