Great Room
The Great Room is the largest meeting space at Heartland Center. Located in the Nunemaker Conference Center, the Great Room is 42′ x 56′ and has 10 tables and 50 chairs in the room. Additional tables and chairs are available. The Great Room has a built-in sound system, screen, piano, and wireless internet. A serving kitchen is adjacent.
Fireside Room
The Fireside Room is located just off the main lobby of the Nunemaker Center. It is 28′ x 38′ with 6 tables and 30 chairs in the room, and additional tables and chairs may be available. The Fireside Room has a piano, TV/DVD, and a Fireplace. Free wireless internet is provided.
New Meeting Room (Name to be announced)
The New Meeting Room is located in Grace Hall. It is 30′ x 40′ with a capacity of 75. The room may be used for meeting or food service. The New Meeting Room will have a sound system, screen, and wireless internet. Opening date: January 2012.
Cray Lounge
The Cray Lounge is on the first floor of Cray Lodge. It is 24′ x 36′ and has 10 tables and 30 chairs in the room. Cray lounge has a bathroom and snack area (microwave, dorm refrigerator, sink), TV/DVD and wireless internet.
VIM Apartment Guest Lounge
Conference center guests may rent the apartment on the first floor of Nunemaker Lodge as a guest lounge. The Guest Lounge has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, chairs and tables. Guest groups may store snacks in this lounge.
