Using the Heartland Center Summit High Ropes Course and facilitator-led debrief, participants will develop strategies for overcoming barriers to personal performance, and practice coaching and encouraging one another. Maximum 18 people
SHIFT: Navigating Change
Using the Heartland Center GPS Adventures Course and facilitator-led debrief, participants will identify strategies for navigating personal and organizational change. (Maximum 18 people)
Just Breath
Using the Heartland Center labyrinth this is a series of non sectarian activities and facilitator led discussion designed to give participants personal tools to relax, reflect and focus. (Maximum 12 people)
You/Me/Us: Leading through Adversity and Diversity
Using the Heartland Center Edge Low Ropes course and facilitator-led debrief, participants will explore a how a variety of leadership styles are required for organizational success. (Maximum 12 people)
Building and Maintaining Trust
Using the Heartland Center Edge Low Ropes course and facilitator-led debrief, participants will explore and practice trust issues for personal and organizational success. (Maximum 12 people)
Walls and Bridges
Using the Heartland Center Edge Low Ropes course and facilitator-led debrief, participants will explore walls to communication and bridges to cooperation in a group. (Maximum 12 people)
Upstream/Downstream (Under development)
Using the natural features of Heartland Center, participants will explore the concept of natural consequences (cause and effect) as they relate to personal and social issues. (Maximum 12 people)
All Aboard
Specially designed for new teams to become better aquainted and to prepare for the stages of group development. (For groups from 6-60)
Balance! Setting Priorities and Optimizing Resources
This course utilizes the GPS Adventures and The Edge Low Ropes course along a team meeting to help a team to set priorities and optimize resources. (Designed for 6-20 people)
